Lahore Special in Lunch and Dinner for tourists
Lahore has a rich and vast food culture, traditional north Indian Cusines. Food is cooked with natural local style. North Indian includes Lahore, Delhi, and Indian Punjab. However, Rajhistan and Hyderabad daccan also use the same kind of cusines such as Biryani, rich pilao, baribiQ, meat and beef dishes and vegetables etc.However, there is little difference because of the nature of weather and taste of the water. Otherwise many cuisines are remained same.
Rice Dishes
Lahore has wide varieties of rice. Pakistan is famous in the growth of rices. Pakistani rice is in the best quality. The main cities of the rice productions are Sialkot, Gujranwala, Lahore and south and central Punjab of the province of Punjab. The taste and quality of rice and addition of herb & spices make rice dishes more tasty. Lahore pilao, Kabuli pilao with vegetables and biryani such as Sindhi, Bombay and Hyderabad biryanis with vegetables and white and red meats are popular and nice in taste.
Kabali Pilao
Very nice and tasty rice dish as names shows its from Afghanistan. Kabuli Pilau is the rice dish with rice, vegetable, red meat and mixture of dry fruits. Kabuli Pole is good in taste and its less spicy. Mostly, people eat this rice dish with green sauce and barbeque tikka.
Rice Pilao
Below is another form of rice dishes. Different kind of pile dishes people of Punjab makes. The main pillars are vegetable paella, Chicken pilao, Red or White meat paella, Egg Pilao and Pioneer pilot. Pilao is the popular dish of almost all parts of the Pakistan and India. It is not much spicy like brownies. People in India and Pakistan Punjab like to eat this with yogurt Raita or green sources.
Raita
The raita is a tasty side dish or a kind of source which is the main part with different pilaos and biryanis. Raita is an important to eat with all rice dishes becasue its helps to maintain or reduce the spice of pilaos and dishes. As pilaos and biryanis people of north India use hot herb and sources which sometimes human body cannot digest. So ratio is helpful in this process. the main ingredients of rates are cumin seeds, mint, tomato, onion, cucumber etc..

Biryani is the superem form of rice dishes and it requires hardwork on completion. Biryanis are in three styles are popular in India and Pakistan. i.e. Bombay Biryani, Sindhi Biryani and Hyderabadi Biryani etc.Biryani is a hot rice dish.However, People can make medium or soft in spice. Biryani must prepare with chicken, vegetable, white and red meats. Moreover, Riata as side dish very important to use for health. because some people are use too, and people from other part of the world as tourists must eat carefully.
